Noisy. But efficient.
The fan does work well and was easy to install. However, I was expecting this to be far quieter. The fan is very loud.

Noisy as ALL hell
Sounds like its out of balance sometimes like it has a bit of a wobble...also its crazy noisy. Basic noise test with my phone was averaging 68 DB while this fan was going at 100% on my 3d printer at about 20 inches away

Noisy even at low speeds
These fans are noisy at high speed, and even at 1/2 the voltage they make a low frequency drone from the drive motor. I'm not a fan! They do move a lot of air if that is all you care about.
