Great pillowcase!
The fabric is thicker than I expected. And the silver inside the fabric made a big difference for me. I have very sensitive skin and suffered a huge breakout from my mask. This helped clear it up in only a few days.

Has NOT improved a thing and looks aweful on my bed.
No improvement of my acne. If anything it's worse but I'm not sure if that's from the pillow.So if you're suffering from adult acne, like myself, try some other approach.

Feels like a pillowcase. Not sure of anti-bacterial effects
Pillow case is quite thick. I am still breaking out but I am a frontline worker so I wear a mask that irritates my face 40 hours a week. Hopefully time will tell about this pillow case helping with acne.
