This battery replacement fixed the low battery problem we were having with our 3rd generation Nest thermostat (wifi and display shutting off to reduce power consumption). The fit was perfect but install harder than expected (be sure to read the directions and watch videos).

Not only would this battery not properly power my nest 3rd gen. When putting the original battery back in the display on the nest broke. I'm very handy and an it professional used to working with small components like this. If it can happen to me it can happen to you.

Don't like the cable is too long.

As advertised. Showed up on time and fully charged. Packaging was robust and arrived in perfect order. Fit Nest 3rd Gen thermo perfectly. Could not ask for more. Thank you.

Fairly easy to replace and WAY cheaper than buying a new Nest.

Five minutes after installing. It got soo hot that it started to smell I unplugged it before it catch on fire.
