The comment to the first review questions whether one 5* is representative.All I can say is I have played this game for 20 years with big groups of family and friends.Max 6 people, but you can double up into teams. eg up to 12 !?You'll maybe only get 2 games in in an evening. Lots of betting with toy money. Bet on yourself or others.Strive to win or throw the race, whichever makes the most money.All betting is secret so no-one knows what the others' strategy is.Luck from the dice, but choose your own route round the track.Block people. Play a Nasty Card so they fall at a fence or are dismounted.They can play a Nasty card back to negate it. If they have a Remount Card.Or the whole race winners can be re-arranged by whoever has the Stewards Inquiry card.Or Not......only a few cards to go around and you play 6 races in a game.If you thought you were all 'Board' out with Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Cluedo, Pictionary, Charades and Scrabble, re-awaken your interest in this game.Ideal for holidays and get togethers etc.
