I have steroid induced osteoporosis and had both hips replaced 10 years ago and had knee repair surgery earlier this year. I was waking up during the night with pain in my knee and thigh and decided to try out one of these pillows. The first couple nights were awkward finding the right place to position it. But know that I have, I am not being woken with pain. It's nice getting up in the morning and not being as stiff as I was in my right leg! I feel the price was right and love that it comes with an extra cover. That way if one is in the laundry I still have one to use! I received this item quickly and appreciate that! I would definitely recommend this product! It has helped me!

Decently made product. Just not noticing any benefits from using the pillow. Maybe you'll have better fortune?

Easy to use and comfortable. I have sciatica and osteoarthritis in both knees. Using the pillow gave me more sleep time, felt less pain. Not perfect solution, as by morning there is some discomfort. But I am better off over all for using it, and it might get better as I adjust to it longer. I love that it comes with a spare cover; many do not. And the pillow and cover are very comfortable. It is a bit awkward getting used to positioning it and turning over from time to time, but I expect that with any such pillow.

This pillow was too stiff and was more uncomfortable that not having any support.

I have been an athlete all of my life, and because of that I have suffered subtle chronic lower back pain for the last decade. I purchased the memory foam knee pillow about two weeks ago at the recommendation of a friend.The first night I received it, I slept with it positioned between my knees, sleeping on my side. The next morning I woke pleasantly surprised - I had slept through the night. That is very unusual for me.I sleep using the pillow every night I'm at home. The challenge, I travel quite a bit and haven't taken it with me. There is a significant difference between when I use the pillow and when I don't. When I use the pillow I wake virtually pain-free - It's my new Teddy Bear!

Usually skeptical about buying these pillows online without being able to see how they feel, but this was a pleasant surprise. This pillow is very nicely made, has a soft velvety cover that is one of the softest covers I have seen. The silky-smooth plush fabric is wonderful to the touch and the covers all have very functional zippers that make it easy to remove for washing.They even give you 2 of them! One for the wash and one for use. Overall, very pleased with my purchase both in its quality and functionality.

I have been sleeping with a regular pillow between my knees for the last 20 years. This is a perfect upgrade, the pillow is lightweight while being not too soft or too firm. The cover is soft and comfortable. The extra cover is great value for my money, I can wash the extra one while using the other one. The knee pillow has been working great for me. It has definitely improved my side sleeping and I find that I am able to keep it between my knees all night. It helps align my spine, and I have noticed a significant decrease in back pain throughout the day. Definitely recommend for everyone to help their spine.

Foam is too hard and holds its form. Needed something much more pliable and soft. Kept it anyway and using to prop head while reading in bed.
