Can you use it in a fresh water tank?

Yes, it instructs to rinse it first which would be wise. I didn't follow that step and had a very cloudy tank for the first week while it cycled.

I got diamong goby,will this sand avoid cloudiness with diamong gpby ?

I was going to add crushed coral to my 5 gallon tank for my nerite snails. will coarse aragonite be the same?

This is a fine sand that's actually coral that's super crushed. It adds to snail shell hardness. I have a few Nerite and Apple Snails happily living with it, and it cleared up all of the old "soft water" shell weakness.

Is this enough sand for a 5 gal tank?

That depends how thick you like your substrate. Personally I do not go higher than 1", and i have a 1200 gal and a 650 gal. I used this sand in my sand filters (2). But for 5 gallons this should be plenty.
