Only tiny grip is that there is no HP logo on bottom center. Still 5 star product. Touch screen and everything works. Direct swap and plug and play.

Product came well packaged, after watching another sellers video, i was able to install this in 45min(due to me disconnection the ribbon cable from the old one, took longer) and the touchscreen, mouse and display works perfectly, the price for $140 is awesome compared to other sellers. Great quality screen, thanks.

The good: The display was well packaged and shipped quickly. It was easy to install and the display and touch functions worked immediately. I have not tested The bad: The quality is not good. My display has one dead pixel in the lower central part of the display. It is stuck on blue on black backgrounds. The colors are washed out and contrast and brightness are significantly worse than the OEM display. The OEM display is black when it's powered off. This one is noticeably grey. The poor contrast and brightness makes glare off the glossy screen seem worse than the original display. Overall I do not recommend this product.

The screen works fine but the touch sensitivity is noticeably worse. It wasn't until I was back in school and taking lecture notes that I realized that the sensitivity isn't the same. Using the same pen (this time in red), I tried to replicate notes I had taken with my old screen. You can see how the quality of my writing is distorted. Obviously it could be worse, but it's incredibly frustrating anytime I try to write anything. I have tried to recalibrate the screen with no change. Will update post if I can ever get it to return to its original quality. Update: I bought a completely new front panel (LCD and panel sold together) and I have my sensitivity 100% back. If you care about precise sensitivity for writing or drawing--I'd recommend buying the entire panel. The second picture I took shows how much better the writing looks. Screen was great! Was the exact one I needed fit perfectly.

This was pretty easy to install, just make sure to properly seat the digitizer cable. Took me two tries, the locking lever was a bit uncooperative on the computer-side but the replacement was done in record time, allowing me time to sand down the rough edges on the enclosure that had been damaged from the fall. Part arrived fast and was excellently packaged.
