Our story goes like this: Our preteen decided to make herself a bowl of ramen. I know. You immediately feel the dread creep in. And you are right to feel it. Our four year decided just at that moment that she had to be her sister’s shadow. As our older daughter went to set the ramen on the counter, it splashed on her hand. She tried to quickly set it down, but unfortunately it wasn’t on the counter all the way. Yep you guessed right. It spilled on her sister. Fortunately she was only burned on her arm and the doctor was able to treat her as an outpatient. Funny thing about burns. The new skin doesn’t like the sun. Not at all. So for the next 6-12 months we have to keep her arm covered. That’s where the sleeves come into the story. These sleeves fit perfectly! No sliding down her arm. They are so soft. Her arm actually itches more when she is not wearing the sleeve than it does when she is wearing it. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with this product. They have even held up to multiple washings. The variety of colors was an added bonus because she can match the sleeves to her outfits. And they were a great price for the quality! You will not be disappointed with this product. By the way, the burn doctor said the most common burns in children is ramen, so teach them to be extra careful when cooking and eating it.

So i dont normally write reviews but when i was looking for the info i needed it wasnt there This summer my 2 yr old fell into a firepit. His arm sustained 3rd degree burns. Luckily now with some skin grafts he is well and on the mend. There are some things about skin grafts that left me kinda frustrated in finding what we needed. The first is that skin grafts can not be exposed to the sun for 2 yrs! The second was that when he was bandage free he was very nervous about it and some patients even request medical compression sleeves. The nurses painted a pretty intense picture of trying to wrestle my 2 yr old into a medical one and i moved on to this product. With a pretty slim chance of someone having the awnsers for me and i decided to order 2 pair because they were the only child sized sleeves i could find. And i have to say they have served our purposes perfectly! Having the smaller kids size was the perfect amount of security compression he needs and keeps his arm covered so that he doesnt scratch too much. It slides easily on yet still stays in place all day. We have since bought 3 pairs and i handwash in the sink and hang to dry. I do wish there was a multi pack or maybe some 'cool' colors as i think that we will be having to order several more sets in the next 2 yrs. A couple do have a couple snags from him being a rowdy boy and also from his itching. But there are no holes and nothing that effects performance. Nothing extreme considering that they are worn all day everyday

My 3 year old son has bad eczema and constantly has to wear medicated cream with long sleeves and pants but with summer we wanted something light weight and breathable. I ordered the Medium for his arms and Large for his legs and they fit Great! A little long but not a deal breaker. There are completely straight no curve to them and they are super light weight and stretchy. Definitely worth buying!

I liked the product, my child instantly liked them and put them on, runs true to size. Unfortunately there’s a tear/ hole already on one of the sleeves, which I’m bummed about because I need them now so the wait to return and get a new one, is too long...

My 1 year old had a 2nd degree burn on her arm from hot soup. We took her to our local burn unit and they informed us we had to apply sunscreen and cover her arm for a year from the burn date. It's the middle of summer in California and it's too hot to wear sweaters so we decided to try these out for her. They do work well. I only wish they had a XSmall due to her being 1 and they are slightly big on her where they slide off. We are constantly pulling it up on her and adjusting it on but I give it 5 stars because it does what it's supposed to do and protects her arm from the sun's rays.

My two boys (ages 8 and 11) wanted these for when they play basketball. They fit their arms perfectly! They were soft and stayed up while they were playing pretty well, but my younger son had to keep pulling the arm band up. Having to do so caused it to tear a little at the seam. I wish it was a little more durable. Children are often at play, especially when outside, so keeping the arm band up is essential to protecting their skin from the sun.
