Spenco Ground Control Shoe Insoles for Women and Men, Medium Arch, Women's 11-12 / Men's 10-11

Helps with my plantar fasciitis. I have four sets of these so I don't have to continually switch them between my shoes. They are easily trimmed to fit my dress shoes and sneakers. They wear well and are a great alternative to custom orthotics.

unfortunately 9-10 means 10-11 so order down a size if your in between. otherwise very comfortable so far.

For what I wanted, this insole has just enough arch support, just enough cushion, is flexible, seems durable, is easy to cut to fit. A bit more expensive than the other insoles I've used, but overall excellent. Can recommend it, and will buy again.

These were actually recommended to me by my podiatrist as a cost effective alternative to custom orthotics. I have heel spurs, and these, conbined with good shoes, help to reduce the swelling after a long day.

I love these insoles. They last longer than other brands before feeling like they need replacement and the high heel cup is an absolute dream from the perspective of someone who’s required to wear ankle boots at work. These are a great replacement for whatever you’re currently using.

I purchased two of these in a size 5-6 women. THEY did not fit any of my shoes at all. Way too wide and long, I couldn't even shove them in my shoes. I normally wear a size 5 in spenco. I purchased these to fit in my boots which I normally wear a size 5.5 for thicker socks, but they still wouldn't fit into the boots. Don't get me wrong, they look and feel like a pretty good product. I ended up having my husband try it in his shoes. He wears a mens size 8 and they fit inside his shoes perfectly. At the very least I didn't have to return them and just had my husband use them. I gave this a 1 star review because most people would read the best or the worst, but not too much in between. I would have given this a 1 for sizing and a 4 or 5 for the actual product.

Do not go to big stores buying the flabby flimsy insoles that are overpriced. A co-worker told me about Spenco from her foot doctor's advice, and I am forever a customer of this insole brand from now on. So a few weeks ago I ordered these red/black Ground Controls and along a pair of Total Support Max version (blue/black insoles) to try them out and compare. The arch angle is higher than the Support Max and I am happy with the results. The insole is like a hardened mold lower component but it brings results. There is no squishing this insole down as like other brands over time. I wear a size 10.5 and the 10-11 fit perfectly with no trimming needed. Only issue is I wish I had ordered more Ground Control's for all my other shoes but will take care of that in a moment. But after 2 weeks I like these Ground Control Better for standing walking all day in on hard concrete floors and making the shoe work for you, instead of the other way around.

Very impressed. I have had trouble finding inserts that suit my high arches. These inserts are comfortable and supportive.
