Perusing the search results, I saw the product photo for this dispenser and was like “yes. that’s what I’m looking for.” and in fact, it was. The ratio of height to base width is spot on to prevent it from wobbling over when you try to depress the squirt part. The wide flat top goes further to prevent the dispenser falling over, since you can push down flat handed rather than get it just right on narrow nozzles like regular liquid soap dispensers. I’ve used this for 2-3 months now and have no complaints. I have other Joseph Joseph products and felt equally pleased with their quality and functional design.

These work better than most. Nice appearance, so far good quality working. Would be a bit better than some sort of way to be able to see how much is left to know when to refill.

Loved it at first: price, functionality, design. Stopped working on the 5th day (pressing the plunger didn't release any soap), so I opened it. The suction straw had detached itself, and was floating in the soap. Was never opened from the day it arrived (and soap was inserted) until it broke! Clearly defective, or poor design for the plunger/suction action.

The wide top plunger was what sold me on this. It can be tricky to depress those smaller soap plungers when your hands are completely covered and you don’t want to touch anything, such as when handling raw meat or tossing veggies with olive oil and now your hands are coated in oil and salt. This way you can use the side of your hand, the back, the base of your palm etc, and not have the dispenser toppling over. The sleek design makes it very easy to clean. I don’t know why other companies haven’t thought of this design before!

Ordered 3 of these and two were good enough, but the third one started leaking almost immediately

Love the product, until it’s just broke. The inside pump just stopped working. Companies just don’t put quality into their items.

I am always impressed by the quality of joseph joseph products. They just work like they should, and look nice too. The dispenser works well, and has a clear section at the bottom to make it easy to see if a refill is required. Large opening at the top makes this easy to refill
