Beautifully made item. The shiatsu kneading is deep. Rotational massage is comfortable.Jade stone is good for health, I heard. Will buy for my mom for Holiday if this is on sale!

So this was my second time buying one of these. My first one lasted a few months and randomly stopped working, I thought maybe it was a fluke and even though my husband said I shouldn't buy the same one again, it was the only one I've ever tried that could actually get the deep knots that other massagers don't help (I've tried A LOT of cushion massagers). My second one quit working after 2 weeks of having it. I ended up buying a different massager but it just was not the same. Not wanting to spend ANOTHER $50 on a third one of these, I emailed the company about getting it replaced under warranty, they acknowledged my email once but then never got back to me again -_- and now I'm afraid too much time has passed to get it replaced through Amazon or even through Prospera. So I'm not happy at all and I wish I could just get one of these that would last because I can not find one that massages as good as this one! :(

The little balls underneath cushion are too hard and uncomfortable, the balls do not go up and down instead you have to move the cushion.

Received with corner damaged. Not sure if it will effect it. Will try it out. If it has damaged the product, I will need to return. Bought before & it came in an Amazon box but this one did not. Gave the other one to my sister in SF. She loves it!

I have one from several years ago I bought for myself, it still works. I ordered from groupon. So, on Amazon, I ordered one for my sister, it broke, I ordered a replacement. They sent it to the wrong address, I returned it. I didn't get my refund after they said they would refund me. I contacted Amazon and they refunded me. Yea no on this company. Plus there are lighter options available for cheaper now. This is heavier and less mobile, but it is very strong.

I was looking for a smaller one for the feet, i could not find it so i went with this one instead works well but wish i had a smaller one contoured for feet. Thanks anyway.

I rec'd this massager on Sept 8- it broke in less than a week. Unfortunately, I had already thrown out the packaging, so I can't return it. :( The wire for the remote has gone bad, there seems to be a problem with the connection, so it will randomly turn off and it won't turn back on. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this unit. I would give is zero stars if I could. Stay away from this product.
