Disappointed, DVD that comes with this starter pack looks like someone hit it with a hammer, obviously will not work. The pink picks that came with it are not really my color. Can't get through to eMedia customer support. Plan to return this banjo and purchase a banjo from local music store.

Love, love,love my new Banjo! It is really a good beginner banjo. The cds are good for learning basics. I did however have to buy a guard for where my arm rests, it kind of pinched.P.s. The guard was only a couple of bucks on Amazon.

Zero customer service
My banjo came with the fifth string tuning peg not working. Have contacted customer service with no reply whatsoever.

Very Disappointed
The tuning peg for the 5th string is defective. I can't even get the string to a G note.The DVD doesn't work. It wasn't damaged, DVD players simply don't recognize it.I will try to return this but it came from Groupon so who knows how hard that will be.
