I was impressed by the quality and strength of these laces. They have a good black dye applied and make my boots feel more secure and supportive over the stock cord lace that came with the boots.

I got these laces for my husbands office work boots. They are nice and thick and he was able to change his old laces out that ripped within minutes, so easy to use. They are versatile and would look great in multiple different shoe types. Each order comes with enough for a pair of shoes (two shoes), I did have trouble finding this info so we ordered two sets and will save one set incase he breaks his laces again.

These are exactly what I was looking for! They have a rich smell of real leather right as you open the packaging, they're strong, and quite flexible too! I put them on my Danner Bull Run Moc Toe boots, and they fit perfectly. I recommend adding some mink oil to the laces before wearing them to condition them a bit and make them less prone to tear/crack. They add a unique aesthetic to any shoes. One point I wanted to make is to buy these directly from Amazon (sold & fulfilled by Amazon), do not go through a third-party seller. My first pair was sold and fulfilled by Amazon, and the product was the real thing (it had the Cobbler's Choice tag holding the laces together), however I then ordered a pair which was sold by Mr. Shoe Care and what came in the mail today were two flimsy laces (not even tied together), that had no tags from Cobbler's Choice and didn't even smell like leather. Beware buying from these third-party retailers, you never know what you'll get. I'm trying to resolve that issue and get what I actually ordered.

Some of the reviews I read complained about the laces breaking too fast.When I received my laces they were sooo stiff and dry that they had the texture of dry pasta. So, it's no wonder why they were breaking!I attempted to apply a light coating of neatsfoot oil and that barely hydrated these laces. Finally, I dipped the tips of the laces in neatsfoot oil and thoroughly worked the oil into the leather. They now feel soft and pliable like other leather laces I have bought. I will update if I have adverse results.

Bought in November of 2022 and still going strong in June of 2024. On a pair of Wolverine 1000 Mile boots and still intact with no signs of fraying, even in the spots that route through speed hooks. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend is super into his Peter Millar shoes that he was gifted a few years back. Through the years the laces began to lose strength and ultimately popped one special Monday morning when those were the ONLY shoes he wanted t wear. He wanted me to take them to a shoe store to get the right shoe laces- I said haveee no fear Amazon is here! I ordered two different colors of the same brand shoe lace and thankfully found the perfect match for the shoe. They are super durable. He already wants me to buy more of the same laces incase they pop again but- this material certainly won’t be giving out anytime soon. So nice

Stout laces that arrived bright white and folded. Wrapped nicely in a custom labelled package, these laces are about 58 in long. Just I was looking for in my 8 eyelet boots.
