This was to replace one that broke when I dropped it.

Tens machine
On unpacking it looked like it had be opened before and resealed using poor sticky tape. That said having thrown instructions across the room and googled them in English, and used u-tube I worked out how to use it! Works well just a variation of a tens machine.
