Product works but you have to apply 5-6 coats and it doesn’t go as far as it’s supposed to.

excellent product. Great customer service!!!. the post office took 3 extra days to deliver the product and durning those days i lost the opportunity to complete my project. Thank you post office! if you need it fast go next day..pay the extra.

Blue water sealer be my expectation perfect job so you can lose out on this so I'm happy for the job or they gave me and it's beautiful that's mean reason I can't attach star

this stuff works very well, you can spread, baby can you feel it, coats and coats and coats, oh yeah

WORSE product EVER. My mom bought this straight from Florida, it was the only pond sealant at that time. The sealant kept bubbling up over & ever we followed directions to the "T" when we finally put the fish back in it killed thousands of dollars of rare Koi fish some over 2 ft. long. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want all dead fish. The company would NOT pay to replace the fish nor at least refund the $$$ many others complained about the same thing. The company told them all "It must of been a bad batch" WTH????

Purchased 2 gallons grey color of this awful Herco product and a gallon of primer to use on my concrete pond. It bubbled and blistered horribly - I called the customer service to try and get a refund and repair & all I got was the run-around. Before I made my expensive coating purchase I called the manufacturer, HECHT RUBBER, to ensure that this was the right product for my pond. I followed their application instructions to the letter, cleaning, applying & drying but the coating failed to fully adhere to the concrete.Within 24 hours of introducing my nine Koi fish to the Herco coated pond they died!When the Herco coatings eventually failed I tried several times to get a resolution and their solution is to ignore me. These reviews are the only avenue we have to warn other potential customers.
