Excellent Fit and Performance
I really like K&N products. I am not paid to say that, I am a happy customer! I have used a variety of K&N products in the past, including air, oil, and cabin air. All performed great, and the VF2016 cabin air filter is no different. Cuts down on pollutants entering the cabin, also controls odors. Teamed with the refresher kit, it will give many years of service. This filter is an exact fit for my 2017 Kia Cadenza, even though Amazon Garage tells me it is not. The product measurements listed on Amazon for this particular product, VF2016, are incorrect. I got the correct measurements directly from the K&N site to discover the best fit for my vehicles. Actual measurements of the VF2016 filter are 9.875 in (251 mm) length by 8.875 in (225 mm) width. The K&N site lists the measurements for all of their filters; it is a great resource for double checking the needed part.I learned some time ago that it is better to take out the original filter and measure it before ordering any replacement. I compared this filter to the old one prior to unwrapping it just in case, and it is the exact size of the OEM filter in my vehicle. There are videos available for first-time installers, if needed. After that, it is a 5-10 minute job to install the filter. Given what the dealerships charge for cabin air filter service, you can save a bundle! And, as an added bonus by using K&N filters, you will have better quality air in the vehicle.

Perfect upgrade filter for 2017 Kia Sedona LX
I finally got around to changing our cabin air filter in our 2017 Kia Sedona LX after 60k miles! I knew the old filter would be bad but this was unbelievable. Lol I'm so happy I finally swapped it out. Now we can breath clean air!The install took about 5 minutes and the directions are perfect. Do yourself a favor and buy it.

Buy it. You won't regret it.
As a contractor, I go through cycles of trashing and deep cleaning my vehicle. Every time I have cleaned it, there was always a lingering smell of mold and mildew. I knew that vehicles had cabin filters, it just wasn't something that I thought about very often or considered as being the potential source of unpleasant cabin smells. I bought my vehicle used at 61,000 miles and it had reached 101,000 miles when it dawned on me that I had never cleaned my cabin filter. Upon deep cleaning my vehicle a week ago, I decided it was time to check the filter.I had NO IDEA how nasty those things can get! It was packed FULL of dust, lint, bird feathers, leaves, etc. You name it, it was probably in there somewhere. If I had to guess, I would say it was probably the factory filter. I didn't have a filter on hand, so I vacuumed out the grooves, and threw it back in until I had time to buy a new one. This greatly reduced the smell, but it was still slightly noticeable. I saw this filter online, and being privy to K&N's sterling reputation, decided to buy a cabin filter that could be washed and reused for the entirety of my vehicle's life.Since installing this filter, the smells are gone. All I can smell is the interior dressing and upholstery cleaner that I used to clean my car, which are both high end and smell amazing (I get my supplies from a friend who details cars at a dealership). Needless to say, my car smells brand spanking new. This filter is EXTREMELY durable and well made. It even has a pleasant "new" smell of its own, and K&N makes a cleaner/refresher that can be used to keep it clean and smelling great. The package came with 2 K&N window decals, and an additional decal that is placed on the cowl, to inform anyone who might be changing the cabin filter in the future, of it's ability to be cleaned and reused, which prevents it from accidentally being thrown away.

Two Thumbs Up!
Purchase Date: 08OCT16Purchase Price: $36.29I purchased my vehicle brand new, zero miles, and recently got the oil changed like usual. I then had a dealership mechanic come up to me and mention my cabin air filter was dirty and was in need of changing with only 15,000 miles on the vehicle (he showed me the cabin air filter – it was black instead of white). He also mentioned my engine filter as well was in a similar condition. He advised me for them to replace both with installation would cost me $79.99 plus tax. I declined. I decided to check Amazon because I have done these installations myself before and they are easy. I found K&N and remembered my father loving these on his car. Since I drive 15k – 20k miles a year on average I did the following calculations before purchase based on me keeping my vehicle for a minimum of 100k miles which I plan to do so:Dealership Replacement and Installation: $79.99 plus tax every 15k miles = $560.00 plus tax (100k miles)I Replace and Install Average Filters: $20.00 via Amazon 15k miles = $140.00 (100k miles)I Replace and Install with K&N: $100.00 via Amazon for engine air filter, cabin air filter, and cleaning kit = $100.00+ (100k miles)I purchased the K&N engine air filter, cabin air filter, and cleaning kit for around $100.00. I will be cleaning them every 10k miles. K&N recommends every 12k. K&N offers a 10 year / 100k mile limited warranty on their air filters.I replaced my cabin air filter first (picture shown). Since installing this filter my vehicle smells clean. All I can smell is the interior dressing and upholstery cleaner that I used to clean my car. This filter is really durable and well made. It comes in a plastic wrap and has an oily feel to it which is normal. The package came with two K&N window decals, and one additional decal that is placed where you would like to inform anyone who might be changing the cabin filter in the future, of it's ability to be cleaned and reused, which prevents it from accidentally being thrown away (picture shown of where I placed mine). It came with instructions on how to install. What I also liked was Amazon must tell K&N what my saved vehicle information is and they included in the box a second printed instruction guide for the make of my vehicle (two thumbs up). You can always look up installation information for your vehicle on YouTube or owner’s manual. Please Note: I did NOT receive any type of incentive to write this review. This review is my honest opinion after doing much research and purchasing this product for use. Prior to purchasing any product I conduct thorough research. Great purchase
It was very easy to install. Had instructions and fitted like a glove. There was a rubber smell for the fist day or so. Over all I like the product.
