Calling All Cheese Lovers
Here is the cookbook we have been waiting for! Hot Cheese is everything promised on its cover; Gooey, Oozy, Melty Goodness. Is there any food more comforting and enticing than cheese? Here you will find everything from finger foods, to main dishes and delicious sides all incorporating cheese! One of my favorites is the Asparagus, Taleggio and Preserved Lemon Tart. So easy! I tried it first because I had a jar of left over preserved lemons from another dish and I did not know what I was going to do with them - this dish is awesome. The next one I am going for is Dill Havarti Tuna Melt - genius!

Delicious and beautiful!
I love cookbooks for being able to narrow my focus on recipes to try, and Hot Cheese does not disappoint! It has a variety of recipes to choose from and is organized into finger foods, mains, sides, etc., making it easy to find what I want. So far, the fondue and arancini have been delicious! The recipes range in difficulty and the time involved so I can pick what fits my schedule. The book is also beautiful with stunning photos.

Delicious Food!
I love this cookbook! I have made the stuffed pork tenderloin, the gratin, the hassleback potatoes and the zucchini fritters and all four recipes came out perfectly and were absolutely delicious! They are so many more recipes I want to try -- the book is really well-written and all the recipes are just great! I highly recommend this book - you will use it!

Hot Cheese for the Win
Can't believe I went my entire life without having a cookbook on the best type of food known to humans. Polina's writing style is relatable and makes cooking fun, containing fun tid-bits from her life and what led her to add each recipe to the book. If you think you have reached your ceiling on cheese, think again and buy this book.

Accessible and for all cheese moods!!
Accessible and yummy dishes with recipes that are actually easy to follow! Polina lovingly enhances classics like tuna melts (my fave!!) and cheese fries (my other fave!!!), and her “best cheese practices” have course-corrected me since I first cracked the book to their page. The book spans the cheese-verse from subtle to oozing, so there’s a dish for every moment and mood that could call for some chz. This book is great for those experienced in the kitchen, seasoned cheese peeps, and the casual cook (me) alike. Excited to come back to this one again and again.

Tolles Buch, leckere Rezepte
Das Buch gefällt mir sehr gut, ein Muss für alle Käseliebhaber. Hab schon ein paar Rezepte gekocht, haben alle auf Anhieb funktioniert und waren sehr lecker. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, es ist also nicht nur Überbackenes (das hatte ich vorher befürchtet). Finde es auch praktisch, dass neben den amerikanischen Einheiten auch die Angaben in Gramm bzw. Milliliter aufgeführt sind.Manche Rezepte sind allerdings nicht bebildert (ca. 10-20%) und zudem ziemlich aufwendig. EIn paar einfache sind auf jeden Fall aber auch dabei ;)
