High quality. Does it all
Very high quality. The nylon isn't your normal cheap feeling nylon. The material is strong, and woven tighter. The pull cord functions well, and tightening is easy. After you set it up, it's good to go. I'm a shorter guy, and was still able to adjust it correctly, and my Aero points are very close(creating more slack). I would recommend this for any general use.

Damn Good Sling! Attached it to my Sig Sauer M400 Titanium Elite AR15. It fits and works like a dream. Very high quality parts from the rubber pull tab, to the metal fasteners (Tri-glides) which even came with their own elastic/spandex cover to hide them, to the comfy extra thick padding. Best 2 point sling on the market!

Something to consider..
Found this sling to be decently built and highly versatile for the user's specific need and application. The materials used are of good quality and the padded section of the sling is quite comfortable, yet durable. My main complaints of this incredible looking sling is the lack of quality finish inspection and how thin the rest of the sling is besides the padded portion. The threading had several loose sections that required some attention to detail and after some time of use, the lack of extra volume on the rest of the sling strap takes an uncomfortable toll on the body.It simply may just be my particular build though. I am relatively muscular with little body fat, so I naturally do not have much padding myself I guess. For the price, I honestly expected a bit more but it easily makes up for it by its unique design and how great it appears on my setup. It does not come with its own clips but will loop around a standard m4 iron sight and sling swivel mount. It can take aftermarket sling clips to.Fine tuning is also allowed on the mounting process and adjustments are easy, though cannot be performed immediately (or at least to my skill set). I have carried this sling through thick brush and never once did it show any signs of coming undone. It is fully secured once you have it strapped accordingly. It holds up to the abuse I send it through.I find the Blue Force Gear's Vickers Sling to be more comfortable with greater quality control, but less versatile and customizable. So if you are torn on the two, in a nutshell, take that into consideration.I solely use this for hunting, so I cannot speak on its milsim training application, though I could see it fairing very well against its competitors, if not outdoing them.Nonetheless, this is a well thought out product and I would consider re-purchasing this if I ever need another sling.I am a satisfied customer.

Backpack extras hurt overall functionality
Pros - The quick adjust straps on the Viking Tactics slings is obviously present here as well. Works just as great on this sling.Cons - There is only one buckle on the rear of the sling compared to the two a lot of other VT slings have, and it also has less slack on this end. I found it really hard to install the sling the way I wanted to as a result, and its wildly uncomfortable. - The extra back pack chest strap and buckles are very awkward as you move. I found they continuously got struck or otherwise hampered my movement when I am transitioning from high ready, or low ready to a firing position. (Stuck on clothing, other straps, struck to fencing in one case where I was crawling)

Easy to install on an AR
Easy to install on an AR. Very comfortable to use and I really like the quick adjustable strap that it has. It also does a great job of holding the gun in place whether I'm shooting or running. It does have a bit of a shine to it. But hopefully that'll wear off.

Greta once you figure it out.
Great product. Took me quite a while to figure out how to use it to its full potential because there are zero instructions. Had to find a video on YouTube and then play with it for about an hour to get it adjusted and figure out what all the different straps and hooks and levers do! Will only wear it with a full shirt, not a tank because it’s pretty sharp under the weight of the rifle and cuts into your neck as a regular sling.

I found a keeper
This is the third sling I'd bought to rig a 458 Socom for east Texas hog hunting. I finally found a keeper! The redundant hardware and stretchy cover kept the strap secure even when wet. This is the test the my first sling failed... The padding distributed the weight of the rifle across my shoulders not my neck. This was the test my second sling failed... The quick pull tab to tighten the sling was very handy when I needed to duck low or crawl through the brush. Pulling up on the release cord let me adjust it back to normal carry. Yes, yes, yes...I recommend and will buy more of these slings to outfit my other AR variances.

Nice Sling
I have an older OD green VTAC wide padded that's made of a different material like nylon and the padding seems a little thicker. It's better for a heavier rifle like my AR-10. This sling is lighter and great for an AR-15 or other lightweight rifle. The material is very similar to what BDS Tactical uses. The Kryptec Typhon pattern isn't very well defined, looks about 80% black to me, but I still like it better than solid black or grey. This one is also made in the USA which is a HUGE plus to me. Overall satisfied and recommend this product. I would rate it 5 stars if it had quick release buckles at each end.
