Bake in oven for half size!
I wear a size 8.5 Men’s US in nikes and vans for reference.I ordered both the size 8 and 9 to see which fits best. The 8 was tight but wearable for short stints of time. The 9 was too big to the point they could easily slip off while walking. I ended up baking the 8’s as suggested by others with great success and they fit more like an 8.5 US.Baking Steps in case you missed it:Heat oven to 200 degrees F. Stick shoes in for 5-6 mins. When you take them out, they will be warm to touch. Put some thick socks on and put the shoes on as soon as you pull em’ out of the oven. Wear them for about 3 mins till they cool off. Remove socks and try the shoe on, it def should have stretched to the more comfortable 1/2 size.Another tip- if your toe is really pressing against the tip of the shoe; when stretching shoe out with the sock on, try moving your toe forward more to “increase” the length of the shoe ever so slightly. Also don’t be so liberal while stretching (as in trying to spread your toes out or going on your tip toes while shoe is still warm) as there is the possibility you stretch the shoe out toooo much.Hope this helps!

Not soft enough compared to equivalent shoe by Crocs
I bought both Crocs and Native brands in size women's 10, in black shoe with white sole. The Crocs Citilane Roca water shoes were much much softer for cushioning the step as well as more bendable than the stiffer harder Native Miles water shoe. Up until now I've exclusively worn the Skechers H2 Go watershoes because they are the standard for soft squishy shock absorbing cushion. The Crocs weren't quite as soft as the Skechers but they're close, and I think will be sufficient, whereas the Native shoes in black are not going to be soft enough for my easily bruised feet, they are going back.I also ordered the Native Miles in white, which are NOTICEABLY more flexible, soft and cushiony than the same show in black (I encountered this same difference in the black vs. white of the Native Jefferson style - the white shoes were soft enough that I am keeping them, whereas the black version is so stiff I could barely flex it enough to be my foot in, and it was a hard foot-bed to stand on).I am not keeping the Native Miles in white because my toes bump up against the end of the shoe, but I would not order a size up because then they would be too wide and slip off when I run around at the waters edge at the ocean.

Cook your shoes to prevent blisters
For help with blisters: thank you to the person who said to cook your shoes 😂 I’m a size 7 1/2, the 7 gave me blisters but the 8 was way too big. I put my shoes in the oven at 200 degrees for a few mins and then wore them over socks until they cooled. They are a perfect 7 1/2. I love them!

If you're hesitant about the shoe size, go one up!
I actually really like these shoes, but they were pretty brutal on my heals for the first two weeks. It definitely took some breaking in because I got some that were too small. This isn't Native's fault - in fact, I'm fairly certain the blistering was because they were tight and I should've returned them. I'm stubborn, so I didn't. All that said and done, they have stretched a bit, my heals have gotten tougher, and I basically wear them at some point every day. They really are comfortable now that they are broken in.I enjoy the comfort and breathability (without looking as bad as crocs) and since I don't care much for sandals, this is a great sock-less option.

Very narrow at the heel / runs small
I bought the Native Miles for my 12yo son. He normally wears a men's size 7 shoe but these ran super small. I bought size 7 then tried 8 and 9. The size 7 fit more like a men's size 5 and the 9 was way too big. The size 8 fit length wise but the heel was very tight. I ended up returning all sizes and bought the Native Jefferson in size 8 which fit as expected.

Too small. Just a tad but bugs me relentless
I exchanged it for next size up and it’s like butter. Seamless exchange via Amazon/Zappos collaboration for me. Thanks again to the team helping me on both ends. Kudos to the unity involved in making me happy. For a shoe. Gotta luv it. GET THIS ITEM ASAP. ITS ALWAYS SHORT SUPPY - too popular!!!!

Great shoes. Second pair I’ve purchased
This is my second pair of these exact shoes and they’re kind of like crocs but someone different and I really like them so I had to get a second pair of the same ones. If one gets them wet it’s so it’s easy to rinse off and dry. It’s kind of like wearing house shoes as far as comfort but it’s OK to wear them in a business setting without it looking unprofessional.

Do not leave in sun
Nice multi-purpose slip ons. Lightweight and good quality.Cons:-Not nearly as breathable as I had hoped.-Do NOT leave in the sun as they will shrink (you can stretch them back out but it's a hassle)

Great and comfortable, but not for tall feet.
I bought these for the entire family. We all love how practical it is. However, after a couple hours it starts to bother the pressure on the upper part of the feet.
