You can eat it like this. -Put it in yogurt and eat. -Put it in water or milk and eat. -Put it in the rice. -Make it with pancakes. -When making bread, add a small amount to make it. -When grilling meat, add a small amount to eat it.

1 cup (200mL) is 125g in weight. It's a little over 2 cups when you pay for it's over 2 cups.

Zipper is an issue

The zipper of the plastic zipper bag does not close firmly, so the powder cannot be preserved well. The manufacture must immediately improve the quality of the zipper bag.
