It took a while to put the Showerbuddy together. But once it was, it worked very well. I liked the fact that the chair can be rotated once it's locked into the shower. Another good feature is the bridge can be moved out of the way until the chair is ready to come out. Makes washing the patient easier. BUT remember to remove the collection bucket that's made for urine and/or feces. If you don't, it fills up with water that spills all over the place!
