DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! One star is about a half star too much. The monogram was extremely lightweight and had a plastic look to it. I had purchased several similar metal monograms from another company and loved them, but when I tried to order an additional one I couldn't get it to load into my cart ... so decided to PAY MORE for what I thought would be the same thing from this company. It definitely WAS NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT they charged! I would have been embarrassed to give this as a gift! When I contacted them to let them know that I was not happy with their product they would not accept a return or give a refund because it was personalized. I can understand that - but when a customer is completely dissatisfied with your product ... it would seem like a reputable company would do SOMETHING to try to make the customer happy. Apparently that is not this company's philosophy. So, again, don't waste your money!
