I'm a big believer in Vitamin C. The USDA recommendations are just to keep a person from having scurvy - it's not about keeping their immunity boosted. But if you take a lot of ascorbic acid or basically any water soluble Vitamin C - close to what you should have to boost your immunity, you can have a lot of gastrointestinal distress (diarrhea). Learned recently that the liposomal type of Vitamin C is much better absorbed in the digestive tract vs. taking several 1000 MG capsules like I formally was, so then became interested in switching up my protocol. I only take 2 capsules of this brand vs. my old brand where I was taking 5k MG total (but not getting the health benefit and more capsules to swallow every day). Feel that I'm getting better results and trimming down my supplement capsule intake at the same time as take a boatload of different vitamins and supplements everyday for optimum health. I have been trying other brands with Vitamin C. I personally don’t like trying other brand because of negative reviewers made comments on products. But I saw this on site with great positive reviews stating it was really excellent. I have try this brand through my MLT trainer. She recommended me order it on Amazon and it was amazing results compare those artificial powder Vitamin C 1000mg.
