Badly made. Zip broke on first wash
Out of the 3 I bought two of the zips broke after the first wash and the last one tore so all useless now. Would not recommend. Buy cheap, buy twice really comes into play here.

Prompt service. We have had several of the covers as our cocker likes to scrap. Covers fit well and are easy to wash. Quality is ok. Zip is a medium quality item but is lasting so far. Cover is a light weight material. Pillows last us up to 6 months each.
