I gave it one star simple because of the customer ...
I gave it one star simple because of the customer service of this company. Yuan Tai Furniture's employees do not know how to talk to their customers. I called 18 days ago (9/16) and was told that I would receive a call back from a supervisor. I have yet to receive a call back. They have also failed to respond to emails. It was not delivered on the date guaranteed by. It was not even shipped til 20 days after my order was placed. Amazon has been trying to be helpful in this situation. But, as far as I can tell (from emails that I am cc'd on) this company has yet to even respond to their emails.
