Had to send this product back. It wasn't working right out of the box. Waited almost three weeks and by the time it came we didn't have enough time to shop or order a replacement.

Nice product, well made.

Costumer service is awesome but product not good , tried in a strong wind i got 10 volt max , try to exchange , got new one but stable when its spin its to shakycoz the shaft and blade assembly are not align properly . but costumer service is good .

This thing is junk dont put out anything close to 12v . I got 7 at best with a leaf blower be lucky to charger a AA battery with it

Does not produce enough to charge battery even on strong winds

Piece of junk. Arrived with a cracked blade and rotor plate cracked as well. Ran it in 10mph winds with power sometimes (very low) and no power most of the time because of all the connection points now making contact. Move the wire around and maybe would work for a second or two. Everything laser printed with no parts actually fitting as they should. Cracks and crevasses everywhere. Screw fitting pulling right out of the housings. Don’t waste your money. This company has some pajama boy who likes to play with laser printers trying to pull one over on the rest of us. It’s a total fraud.

I love this turbine! Super easy to carry with me, super easy to set up. I pair it with a battery from Cutting Edge Power and it spins like a dream whenever the wind comes up, giving me a good supply of electricity when the sun isn’t shining enough for my solar panel to be worth much.This is rated at 15 watts, so it’s not going to power your full sized off-grid home on it’s own, but it’s a wonderful resource for backpackers, camping or for an off-grid cabin where electricity is used sparingly for lights, phones, cameras and such devices.
