I bought this from them and the battery did not work they did make it right and sent me a replacement and they work fine.

I bought this back in April and one of the batteries didn't work. Asked vendor for replacement battery and after an off and on again conversation they sent me a new set. Problem is, one of those batteries didn't work from the git go, and the second battery died within a minute of using. Both batteries fell out of the device they were intended for. I had written a good review for them because I thought things were alright, but they are not. All I have now is a bunch of stuff that doesn't work. I will be buying directly from Ryobi in the future. I did notice the vendor no longer has these in stock. I wasted too much money and time on this.

Definitely nothing close to a factory Ryobi but works and gets the job done. The charge doesn't last quite as long, but hey!!! I didn't pay a Ryobi price, so I'd say it was a go!

We weren’t sure, because the original stock number isn’t the same, but the blurb said this would be compatible with the husband’s cordless tools. Because his drill is an older model, we anticipated having to buy a whole new set.up when the battery would no longer charge. We were thrilled that this charger fit his batteries, plus gave him another spare. It was much cheaper than a new drill.

I live on the 2 acre property and needs lots of attention and so far these two batteries have helped my Ryobi blower and weedeater to get the job done that I need. I have no problem with the batteries. They have a decent life but I definitely need two batteries to get the job done. They recharge pretty quickly.

I lost the previous battery and charger on a move, I really thought I’d have to pay twice what I did to replace that. This was a very reasonable price and I’ve used it many times.

Works really good but when battery level drops to half it stops working. But it lasts about more thsn 2 days for a professional mechanic. It charges fast

batteries only lasted a month, wont charge or hold charge, not a good product

Batteries only lasted a few charge cycles, now show they’re fully charged but none of my Ryobi tools can run more than a few seconds. Waste of money.
