Shipped fast. Love the smell. Stays hot for a while. Works great for PMS cramping on lower back and abdomen. Took away pains right away. Have been using it nonstop since it shipped. My husband likes it for his lower back aches as well. Highly recommend if you like the smell of essential oils, its pretty strong. Love that you can remove the outside cover if you need to wash it. Great buy!

I love this product, and my husband loves it as well. So far I just use it as a hot therapy. The smell is AMAZING, feel like I’m in a aromatherapy spa. I’m a busy mommy, so my neck and shoulder muscles is tight all the time. The hot therapy is really help, It feels really nice and relaxing after I put the warm pad on my neck and shoulder for about 10 minutes. I’m going to order a few more as the gift for my families and friends. Highly recommended!

I wanted to give this pack 5 stars. I love everything about it from the scent to the quality, but it just doesn't hold heat very long at all. It feels SO GOOD fresh out of the heat and smells divine. The quality of the fabric and stitching is top notch. I think I will end up keeping this handy more for cold applications than hot. So while I don't think it's a loss at all (did I mention it smells amazing?) I wouldn't recommend it if you need a longer, steady stream of heat.

At first, the herbal scent was a bit strong for me right out of the package. However it does dissipate with use and I got use to it. I love this heating pad. It is of excellent quality and design, works easily and heats in the microwave, the color green is stylish looking and not outdated. I have been applying this to my lower back and it will be substituting my plug-in heating pad. It wonderful not to get caught up in a cord and to be able to move around without having to find an outlet. I find that the heat lasts a long time with just 2-3 minutes in the microwave.

I don’t really like lavender. And it’s hard to find a heating pad that isn’t full of the stuff. So this was a great find. The Ginger and coriander and other herbs smell so fresh! I know it’s advertised as a menstrual cramp heating pad, but I will be using more the “rest” of the month because it works great chilled as well. We live in a dessert and I store it in the freezer so when we come back into the house I can put it on my neck or ankles and quickly cool off. Another big bonus is the cover is removable and washable. Which means I do t have to police whether or not my three year old touches it with his sticky fingers while my eyes are closed.

I absolutely live by this. It's my go to the day before my cycle and the whole time during. I don't get pains or feel nausea anymore. Years of fainting, cramping, throwing up and physical exhaustion gone by the simple ingredients of this pad. It warms up hot enough to keep on for at least an hour or you can just cuddle up with it while it's room temperature. Make sure to place it in a towel before placing it on your skin. It does get HOT if you microwave for 2 min or longer. I even use it for neck cramps and back pain. Im ordering 2 more because I'm officially obsessed with this. You guys nailed it!!!!

The smell when you first unbox this is intense — really strange smell but it does fade a little over time. It served its purpose for relieving pain. I used this product in the microwave as directed about 4/5 times and on the last time the product started burning. I had seen another review on here showing the same thing but hoping it was user error - it’s not. I have a lower wattage microwave (700watts) and only kept it in for 4 minutes and 30 seconds and not the entire 6 minutes as directed . Use caution if you use or decide to buy this product.

I purchased this to replace another “hug”, as I call them. In 2000, I had a pretty bad accident with a window and my wrist. I’ve had chronic pain in said wrist ever since. I have constantly relied on heat therapy to help ease that pain.I will more than likely try to return this one. The material is stiff and scratchy-not very flexible and definitely not soft on delicate skin-almost burlap-like.It does a very poor job at retaining heat. After about ten minutes, it is lukewarm, even after microwaving for 3+ minutes.Finally, the smell- it isn’t bad, necessarily, but it is pungent and I did not care for it (neither did my husband or kiddos). The smell is difficult to describe, but it is very green, very astringent and extremely potent. It reminds me of very strong cardamom pods, and makes the entire house smell that way.Hope this helps!
