I’ve been disappointed by whole wheat pasta many times, but this was highly reviewed in several places, including America’s Test Kitchen, so I decided to take a chance. Was really pleasantly surprised! The texture and flavor are great. It wasn’t gritty or overly chewy. If it weren’t for the color, I don’t think my husband (who was skeptical) would have noticed a difference. As I’m a newly diagnosed diabetic, this will be a much healthier option for me.

This stuff is really great but if you have Whole Foods nearby, the 365 brand Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti is also very good but much less expensive.Both are far superior to all the other brands of whole wheat spaghetti I have tried.

We liked the flavor of the spaghetti, but were a little put off by how thick the spaghetti was when cooked. If they make angel hair pasta, I'll get that next time.

Best whole wheat pasta ever. Worth the price. It is not mushy gluey or grainy. It has taste of regular pasta. Nice al dente. Very good and enjoyable. Kids like it.
