I've just finished my first bottle. I think that it helped me to retain muscle mass while cutting. But it's hard to say for sure. The taste is very good! It's actually very refreshing to drink after a workout. I like it.

My favorite BCAA brand. They all taste amazing and have a good ratio. If you can get this under $20 jump on it!!!

Great product but Bomb Cicle is way too sweet!
