Leaks around stem - believed manufacturer defect
I believe there is a manufacturing flaw with this valve. High pressure LP gas leaks around the valve stem when the valve is open. I have attached a photo showing a hole in the stem that by-passes the o-ring thus allowing high pressure gas to leak out. Today I asked the supplier for either a refund or replacement.

Valve leaked
The valve leaked around the stem when I turned the valve on. I drained the tank again and took it apart. The sealing button came out of the valve allowing propane to escape along the rotating shaft of the valve handle. A tapered sealing surface like the old valve would be better I think.

valve works fine, but not designed for an easy installation.
I very much dislike the fact there are only 3 flats to use for tightening this into bottle. the lack of suitable wrenching surface combined with the limited access points on a forklift propane bottle make this much more difficult to install that it needs to be.

Poor quality. Very poor quality.
Received a valve that did not match the picture in the listing as the one I received had no UL markings one it. Installed it anyway and the stem packing leaks as if there is no seal in it what so ever. This makes it completely non usable.
