Very heavy
Be prepared with some help when it arrives. We got the king size. It’s very bulky and heavy to get unboxed.Having said that it sleeps fantastic. Love it.

What an amazing experience
This is such an amazing product! The moment I laid on it I knew it was what I had been looking for. I realize that comfort is subjective…so I have been through several different brands but this is one for me! I would absolutely recommend this product.

Sagging in the middle after only 3 years
We are a couple with weights of 185/135, and this mattress sags in the middle after only three years of use. I have to rotate it every few days, and only lying on the edge gives me comfort from my back pain. They have a 10 year warranty, but they denied my warranty because pictures have to show sagging of 1 inch with NOTHING on the mattress.

Terrible hip pain after 2 yrs
This mattress was great for the first 2 yrs. But over the past few months, I've had horrific hip pain upon waking up in the middle of the night or morning -- so much so that I can't even move around or off the mattress without using my elbows or clenched fists. Am going to turn the mattress over to the medium firm side to see if I can get some relief.

Perfect mattress for support & comfort
I decided to ship a mattress to my new apartment - best decision ever. It arrived a couple days earlier than expected. I’ve slept on the Hybrid Mattress for over a week and it’s perfect. The firm side gives me the support I need throughout the night and during the day when I’m watching TV in bed. When you sit on the side of the bed, you feel the support as well. The mattress itself looks and feels luxurious out of the box. I recommend this mattress for anyone looking for a hybrid option.

was suprised by the way it was delivered, but suprise was soon replaced by enjoyment. if you need a good nights sleep this mattress is for you. Zzzzzz.

Not happy how it slopes downwards
First day I noticed it sloped down where I lay my head so I then put it the other way so the slope would be where the feet area are. I though it just needed time. Not happy I paid $1,400 you can see.in photos how even my cell.phone slants downwards lol
