This tape is used in hospitals by skin specialist nurses. The pink tape is full of zink and stays in for several days. No need to remove and disturb the healing process. We used it on large wounds around a feeding tube and for small bed sores. Best thing I have found in years! I am a retired nurse.

Do not purchase , title says it is a tube of 6 but I only received one tape for $48 which is a rip off

Hy Tape truly is waterproof. I've been using it for months along with Glad Press n Seal Glad Press'n Seal Food Plastic Wrap - 70 Square Foot Roll to cover an accessed port when showering or bathing. As long as I'm careful not to have wrinkles in the tape where water can get in, it works like a charm. I wish I had heard of this tape when a family member was wearing a cast.

Well I have used this tape for years on my handicap daughters wound care for protection. Unfortunately, when we went to use the tape recently, it apparently melted in delivery and now the rape is really sticky and hard to remove from the roll. I guess inshoukd wait until Fall to order the next time? It is expensive too.
