This is a really creamy type of yogurt which is completely natural and perfect to have on its own, or with desserts/porridge. Better than the other flavored alternatives which have loads of nasties in them. Ideal if you like the full-fat type of food and are trying to reduce added sugar intake. It also comes in a really handy pot, which you can use again for storage, making it an unexpected sustainable option.
