Very good flavor of Mao Feng Green Tea
Both my daughters and myself are green tea lovers. China Mao Feng green tea is our most favorite green tea types. Its color and taste are all the best!

Very light, delicate flavor
FullChea describes this Huang Shan Mao Feng green tea (Yellow Mountain fur peak) as one of the lightest green teas in China and this description is accurate. Unfortunately, for my taste, the flavors are too light. The dry leaves have a grassy aroma. The liquor has a very pale yellow tinge. The flavor is very slightly sweet and the aroma is lightly floral and vegetal. It is not at all unpleasant, but neither does it offer much on the palate. Perhaps, as I experiment with this tea I will find a set of brewing parameters that will bring out the best in this tea. As for now, I wish I had not purchased 8 ounces.
