Q: Are the refills exactly the same as what's in the bottle - ie 100% descaling and scum removal?

I’ve used one of the eco refills, made up with water as per instructions and it works every bit as well as the first full bottle. Smells identical too. I imagine if you read the original formula it would be most parts water.

Q: Can this be sprayed on a shower and left without having to wipe like Mr Muscle shower spray?

No yoy have to polish or wipe it off

Q: Is this safe to use on plastic showers

I use it in the bath and it doesn’t seem to do any harm. But I always rinse it off after use as I think otherwise the plastic might eventually lose its shine
