My favourite volume of Ai Ore so far
If you've bought and read volumes 1 and 2 of Ai Ore, you'll certainly enjoy this volume! The product description here and the blurb on the book doesn't quite cover everything that happens at all, but I shan't spoil you.Unlike the first two volumes, this one feels much more detailed and action-packed, with more conflicts between Akira and Mizuki than before, and some in-sight/background into their characters is also covered in this volume. Making it an overall very enjoyable read! As per the two other volumes, you certainly get a lot for your money - there's plenty of pages in these volumes and in volume 3 especially I think there's something interesting on every page, so it's certainly not wasted space. As for the series overall...I'm usually not too big on shoujo, and bought it initially on a whim. However, character stereotypes are played around with in such hilarious situations that it certainly deserves at least a look even if you're not too into shoujo and just looking for comedy!(Though there is still elements of romance and its even a tad racy at times XD, its rated Older Teen for a reason... but its intertwined with the comedy so well - it's great!)If you're looking for a shoujo comedy, this might be right up your street...but I would still thoroughly recommend that you read up to this volume at least, as it is in my opinion, the most balanced with equal bits of comedy, drama and character insight ~

Good, progress so far!
I have volume's 1 - 3 of this series and so far it is still good. In Volume 3 the major plot developments are , Akira and Mizuka get into a huge fight over what Mizuka's real feelings for Akira are. Akira gets hit on by a guy who thinks he is a girl. Mizuka gets presued by another guy giving Akira an unwanted rival and Akira is still hounding Mizuki for a more intimate relationship, but Mizuka is still on the wall regarding their sleeping together, I won't say whether it's yes or no. The art work as usally is expressive and beautiful A+. It has it's laugh out loud scene's like Akira getting drunk while wearing a flimsy kimono surround by men. And cute moments like Mizuka and Akira sing on stage. The story so far still fun and entertaining, with a lot more background on the main characters B+. In all Volume 3 makes a good addition to the series.
