Battery Case for iPhone 11 Pro, 4800mAh Portable Protective Charging Case Extended Rechargeable Charger Case (Rose Gold)

The case performed well for the first 3 or 4 months. The fifth month I started getting small issues like my headphones would disconnect and connect in the middle of a video or song. The sixth month, the case would be completely charged, but when I would charge my phone the case battery wouldn’t last as long as the first 3 months. It would also heat up my phone and I wouldn’t even use it. It’s now the seventh month and every time I charge the case to full battery it goes straight to the 25% led light within the minute, overheats my phone and I can’t even plug in my headphones. I’d say just buy a portable charger instead of a rechargeable phone case. Plus, it adds more weight in your pocket. Whenever I wore shorts, I could feel my phone pulling my shorts down. Didn’t last as long as I wished it did.

I’ll start by saying it’s not a horrible battery case. I find it too big and too heavy. The top bends back and you slide your phone in until it connects to the bottom. I haven't had an issue yet but I can imagine that little lightning connector snapping off pretty easily, so install and remove your phone with care.

No complaints other than the charging port quit working after 1 week

Initially, I liked this case very much. However, after 6.5 months the connection for the charging cable went bad and I can no longer charge the case reliably (it sometimes works if I move the charger plug to a certain position, but that doesn’t last). I have to remove my iphone and charge it separately. First battery iphone pack that I have had with this problem. NOT recommended.Update: Shortly after I wrote this review, the battery failed to charge at all and the lights on the back of the case just flash when I try to charge it. Just a totally defective case. Avoid!!!UPDATE: Shortly after I wrote this review, the seller contacted me, apologized, and offered to refund my money or replace the item. Based on the seller's willingness to stand by the product and provide caring customer service, I have upgraded the rating correspondingly.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give this item a bad review, however after less than a month of use the case itself no longer charges, so the only way to charge my phone at this point is to remove it from the case, essentially negating the purpose of the case. The month of use was fantastic, and I truly wish it would continue to work as the concept is ideal for me. To bad.EDIT:The company has reached out, and offered to replace the broken case free of charge with a small bit of information. The process was smooth and easy, and less than a week later the case has arrived! It is day one so far, but it is functioning as promised so 5 stars for customer service on their end!!The fact that the company went out of their way to reach out and offer to replace the case has really proven the reliability of the company themselves, and I will be sure to purchase any future cases through them!If the case has any issues in the future I will be sure to report back, but for now we are back in business!Thanks again for the help!!

Amazing product! A lot of things to say:1. Battery Life is fantastic. I’ll have this thing going for hours and it charges itself and my phone in the snap of a finger.2. It’s easy to hold usually. Takes some getting used to because it is heavy and a little awkward if you’re used to a flat phone case. Probably not the best phone case to use a popsocket on, either, especially if you're trying to balance it on the popsocket. One side of the phone case is heavier than the other, making that a little annoying.3. I’m one to drop my phone often, and every time I drop my phone with this case on, there usually isn’t a noticeable scratch.Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If your phone uses it’s battery fast and you’re using it everywhere you go (at school, work, vacation, etc.) like me, this will come in clutch!

I have used this battery case for over a week. To say that I'm impressed with the quality for the price would be an understatement. I have used Mophie cases in the past with other iPhone models and this case meets or exceeds those comparisons easily. Battery life is great. The case itself is very nice, easily fits in my hand and compliments the design of the phone. It does add weight and size to the phone, but that is to be expected when you are adding a 4800mAh battery pack?! I was really surprised at how well I liked the case and will most certainly use this case. One of the other things that I really liked about the case was actually with the lightning connector itself. The connector is recessed into the case and the cutout is just the correct size for the cable. I don't like when case designers give more room than needed with cutouts as it gives another place for dirt to build up. This cutout for the cable is very much designed for the Apple lighting connector cable and fits very well. I also used an aftermarket Insignia cable with the case and it worked very well also!

It takes a while to charge and you cant use a lightning charger to charge it fast either because it wont do it. Easy to pull phone in and out from the top but because the top is a bit too soft it creates a soft spot and can cause the phone screen to crack if it hits the floor. Its how mine cracked 🤦‍♂️. Over all battery wise it wont charge it that well if your brightness is all the way up and you continue to use your phone but doesn't great while left alone. Its easy to turn on an off with the button too. Overall id say id give it a 8/10
