Easy to install!
This sturdy mount has easy to follow 'picture' instructions right on the back of the box, for those who hate to read through a pamphlet. It fits most tablets, iPads and Kindles. Check with Zass technologies before purchase to make sure it fits your style of ipad. Make sure you get it straight on the seat, bed post board etc. and it attaches easy and can be fully tightened to reduce even the most jarring situations. It has a great 360 rotation scan to get a better, wider view. It is small enough to fit into a larger stocking this Christmas, or a great graduation present for someone going off to college. I can easily see this fitting at the end of some of the college desks so they can do projects in the comfort of their bed. Mounts firmly to the back of the car headrests so you can take care of business or let the kids play games while in the back seat, but it also is easily removed. The white areas wipe off easily with a damp cloth if someone touches it with chocolate, etc. on their little hands. My one criticism is I could not find a website listed on their box or anywhere inside in case anyone has more specific questions. May be able to find Zazz in a google search.

Back Seat Only, For 7 Inch and Even Larger
This looked like an interesting design, so I ordered it. I find it to be very well constructed, and to work for a seven inch Android tablet, and probably for a large tablet above 9 inches. The design features two clamps that hook on the the posts that support the front seat headrests. This connects to an all-way-tilt sliding clamp that actually holds the tablet. The design is quite secure when everything is tightened down. The slide goes from a minimum of 6.6 inches (168mm) to 8 inches (204mm). The entire unit is just 4.3 inches deep (110mm), and I was surprised how little it intrudes into the passenger space. The clamps have rubber strips on the rear and inside the clamp ends to protect the tablet. This is designed for modern thinner tablets, with a maximum design of .35 inches or so (about 1cm) deep.My 7 inch Dell Android tablet fits lengthways well, but most 8 or 9 inch tablets would probably not work either horizontally (too long) or vertically (not high enough). However, if your tablet height is within 7 and 8 inches, you can mount it sideways and simply rotate it around. Just make sure the dimensions are right! There are a couple of drawbacks to the design. First, if you are a short driver, the headrest may not stick up above the seat - you need about 1.5 inches of bare steel support pole to connect to. And second, if the front seat is reclined too far, you may not be able to tilt the tablet so as to be level and readable. This last one depends on the tablet and its individual reading angles, and in any case I hope the driver doesn't tilt the seat that far!A last word about recommended use. Mounting a 7 inch tablet high really makes no sense for reading or browsing; the user would have to continually raise the arms - it is much more convenient to simply hand hold the tablet. So I recommend that you use a larger tablet mounted sideways, for video entertainment use; this would work well. You only need to consider that if your kids are younger, that the tablet is at the right viewing angle.Summary: A clever idea that is well executed - great for entertaining the kid in back! Highly recommended.

great!
This is a durable, easy-to-install, necessity for those long road trips when toddlers are in the back... backseat driving for attention. Seriously, I had it installed and ready to go in about 2 minutes. It is two pieces. The plastic seems to be a hard plastic. The spots were it has to turn seems to have enough friction to withstand a lot of mind-changings of where the table should point. It will not damage your car (if installed properly) and is a neutral color... so it shouldn't stand out too much.Still no enough of a reason to drive across country, but I might not mind it so much about driving to the store.

Very functional, sturdy mount.
This actually worked better than I expected once I got it out of the packaging. It secures very well to the sliding rods on your headrest, it's a very firm hold, and the clamp is nice and secure to keep it from rotating randomly. The clamp holding the tablet is spring loaded, but is very secure. It held a Nexus 7 flawlessly, even on a pretty rough gravel road with plenty of washboard at a decent sleep. It's potentially a bit bulkier than is necessary, but definitely not too bad. Very functional overall.

The product description is misleading!
The product description mentioned that this would fit Kindle, iPads etc which are 7 inches & above in size. I have the 10.5 inch iPad Pro & it doesn’t fit. Quite frustrating to see this & having wasted my money. I had sent this to my relative in India & now I can’t be bothered to have it sent back for the return/refund. The description should be more accurate & informative.

Nice car mount. Easy to use.
Gave it to my 11 year old son to test as we were going on a several hour ride. He has a Kindle 6" and an Ipad. He was able to hook it up and switch between the two tablets as needed. It was easy to install, easy to use and he though it was great and is going to use it on our trip to San Diego.I was using a Dodge Ram and my Wife has a Chevy Cobalt and the mount worked well in both cars.It is a little on the pricy side but it is solid. I had no issues with it and as I said my 11 year old was able to use it with no problems. It is easy to use and is pretty intuitive.

Great grip and adjustability
I've used this for both a kindle fire (mostly for movies) and for the iPad Mini - and it works GREAT for both. It's a really secure hold, and it also offers very solid adjustability so that viewing angle and reachability is right regardless of how the occupant is sitting. Worked for my daughter in her carseat and also for a grown-up friend. We've tried a bunch of car mounts. This one is really solid and I can't imagine that it would disappoint anyone. Great grip, and great adjustability. Simple, and also nearly- if not completely - perfect.
