I needed a three prong, not-too-long extension cord in an acceptable color (to match a wall) in order to connect a programmable electric timer on top of a piece of furniture. All this had to fit behind the furniture in the narrow space between the furniture and the wall. The cord on the timer was black and would have stood out and looked bad; so I didn't want to use it by itself. This cord worked perfectly for my application.Note that this cord can handle much larger current loads than what I was using it for.This is an excellent piece of gear, a great price and accurately and timely delivered.

As advertised. Gave me just the extra room I needed to get me AC plugged into the wall in the bedroom. Neutral color also helps to mask behind desks etc...

Works just fine on a 5,100 btu AC. No heat at all.

If you have ever been to a home improvement store and seen a heavy duty cord like this you know what it is. This one is as good as any I've seen in hardware stores or other places. It was electrifying to find one this cheap, er, inexpensive.

This is the perfect heavy duty cord (14gauge) for temp use of a space heater which is what I got it for. I am wary of fire hazard situations and you really shouldnt use an extension on a space heater but they make the cords so short! Only thing I didn't like was that this cord is almost TOO easy to plug into the wall and to plug something into it. Like it slipped into the wall socket with zero effort and I was able to plug in my appliance to the other end with almost zero effort. I would feel better with a BIT of tightness in the connections. The design of the wall end should prevent it from ever slipping out but it wouldnt take much to pull the connection end apart. Just something I thought worth mentioning.

I actually bought this for length and color. I was pleasantly surprised to find it is a heavy, thick cord. I can't claim to know a lot about electricity but this seems to be able to carry a decent amount of current.

I used this cord for an extension from the outlet to a power strip cord. The color is great because it was a good match for my ivory colored outlet covers and wall paint. The plug fits flat against the wall providing a low profile. Finally, the cord is of sufficient thickness to handle all of the plugs in the power strip. It's a great cord and works very well for my needs.

Works great. I use this with a space heater that I never leave running unattended.
