Perfect!
I already have two blowers, one gas Stihl, and one battery DeWalt. They handle the big and medium jobs. But I wanted a very small one, that I could keep inside and have handy for clearing off my front porch and walkways, which are constantly cluttered with leaves and dead flowers. THIS IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION!It has plenty of power for that job. More than enough. It's very small size was a great surprise (smaller than I thought it would be). Very light, very easy to use, and of course receives my DeWalt batteries. While other reviewers warn that it can't blow enough air, I am happy with how LITTLE it blows. I can now clear my walkways and stone paths by gently nudging leaves off, instead of scattering the surrounding ground cover all over the place, which makes a bigger mess than the leaves! It has three speeds AND a variable speed trigger. The trigger is very sensitive and way more responsive than the trigger on its bigger DeWalt brother. So much better control. I can dial it down very low. Also great for clearing my garage floor and workbench without sending a cloud of dust up into the shelves and rafters. And it's small enough to hide behind the paper shredder in my office, right by the outside door. So it'll always be ready, and always be handy. VERY pleased with this purchase.Ignore the reviewers complaining that it's not the right tool for lawns and gardens, not powerful enough. Of course it's not. It wasn't designed for that. But for what it IS designed for, it excels. Also ignore the reviewers complaining about the tubes falling off. They must have thought they slip on like a vacuum cleaner attachment. That's not how they work. You slide them on and then twist them to lock them in place. They work perfectly, and fit snugly, if you install them properly.Oh, and it comes with three finer nozzle adapters, which I have yet to try, but I expect they'll be great for even finer flow control. Two thumbs up!!

Compact and pretty powerful.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this blower to blow away debris, send, small rocks from the top of a semi flatbed trailer and it does a job just fine. I was sceptical at first, because of the size of it, but to my surprise, it's pretty powerful and has enough juice, to clean the whole trailer and still has some battery power left. There are bigger and more powerful units out there, but this one is compact and easy to store inside the truck storage area.I wouldn't recommend it, for a big yard work, maybe patio, steps or some lighter debris on a sidewalk, but for my purpose, works just fine.

Good size for my application
I live in a Condo and wanted something for my patio, garage, porch and walkway. This is perfect and packs a punch. I like the speed settings and getting better at controlling the stuff I want to blow around. I thought about getting one of those blowers that look like a drill, but saw videos of people doing a lot of bending over. No bending over with this one and is light and small. For me a regular leave blower would be overkill. I'm interested to see how this blows light snow around.

Size is convenient!
As another reviewer stated, at first I was disappointed when I received this leaf blower. It's small and I thought I had ordered the regular size. Before returning it I decided to read through some reviews. I became convinced it was worth a try and I'm glad I did. It does go through the small battery too fast but the bigger battery does the trick. I love how small it is, makes it easy to grab and do a quick job of cleaning off the deck or porch. This was a happy mistake for me!

Works as expected!
Seems to be a quality product. Works well with my Dewalt 20V batteries. Not hurricane force winds but perfect for my wife who wanted a leaf blower that didn’t have to be hand cranked for starting and was light enough for her to use for blowing off the leaf debris on our patio, garage and front porch. Does the job.

Big Surprises come in little packages…
I recently switched over from the red “M” brand tools/batteries to the DeWalt brand. I find the DeWalt tools are better designed overall. I have had countless “duds” from Milwaukee…a tool that looked good on screen but performed terribly on the jobsite. I haven’t had a single dud from DeWalt…until I received this blower tool earlier today.Or so I thought….When I received the package, I thought it was a joke. The box it came in was the size of two shoeboxes put together. I thought “This thing better spring out of the box as a full sized blower or In going to be taking it back…”Things only got worse when I opened it. Its frickin TINY. It’s literally the size of a raft inflator. The kind you plug in to the power port in your car. Seriously?! To make matters worse, it came with attachments that were for inflating a raft!Well…I already opened it so I might as well jam a battery into the thing and turn it on. Being the kind of guy that pays no attention to instructions or marketing words on the box, I pulled the trigger and … as I expected….a raft inflator. Gaaah. “Ok I guess I’ll take it back”.For some stupid reason, I decided to flip through the manual as I was packing it back up. I saw “THIS IS NOT A TOY” … like many many times. Intrigued, I read more…until I got to the page that explained the three power settings….Ehhhh wha? Where? I took the blower out of its packaging and sure enough, right in front of my eyes I saw the switch to set the power. Of course, it comes from the factory on “Low”. Whatever…I still think it’s too small and clearly I have received my first DeWalt dud. I set it on Max, slammed in my big 5mah battery and pulled the trigger. That was a BIG mistake…why? I was in my shop at the time and let’s just say I accidentally rearranged my tools….that’s right: Tools…This little “dud” roared to life and blew a bunch of medium sized screwdrivers right off the workbench along with my vice grips, a TV remote, my cup of coffee, some paperwork and the box it came in!! All that from one quick squeeze on the high setting!!What a mess! I didn’t care…I ran outside and tried it on the back yard…blew all the leaves off of the pea-gravel…then it started blowing the gravel to expose dirt (oops)…okay what’s next? I took it inside the house and cleared the dining room table with it. Sweet. The dogs were staring at me, wondering if this is the point where I have gone insane. It was tempting to blow some air in their direction but remembered: “THIS IS NOT A TOY!”I got an idea: The interior of my car is really dusty….I opened both doors and went to town….I cleared out all the crap in the door cards, something I was dreading….done!Okay…so I’ll keep it.I checked the battery after 15 minutes of use….still had all bars…I didn’t even make a dent in the battery.So. Long story short: This isn’t a toy…it’s not a “dud”. It’s the real deal. I bought this with the intention of clearing my roof of summer debris in anticipation of fall…yeah, it will be just fine.I love the size now. It’s so easy to carry…it’s ergonomic…it’s not too loud, although I recommend hearing protection just because. It’s easy on the batteries and it’s POWERFUL!I’m actually afraid to use it to inflate anything…even on the low setting. So far my only con is that when I am using it, the suction from the side of the motor is so strong that it sucks in my shirt! I have to be mindful of this blower. It’s a BEAST!My hat is off to the DeWalt engineers…this thing pushes a LOT of air! What a bargain!Look for used ones. I’m certain many returned it without reading the instructions…
