Unfaultable Hardy.
There have been many reviews of this text over the many years it has been in repeated reprints. What is there to add? Simply brilliant.

a standard work by impressive author.
It is a pretty standard A-level+ text. Maybe good to have on your shelf in the light of the film with Jeremy Irons as Hardy with Ramanujan ("the man who knew infinity" or somesuch).

The Poetry and Power of Pure Maths
A most remarkable Book by one of the greatest Mathematicians of the 20CHe wrote it based on the A Level Course but with greater rigour than todays Books because in 1908,Analysis wasn't taught at British Universities..today,it is the Norm..thanks to Hardy...highly recommend for anyone wants a deeper understanding of School Maths as a magnificent spring Board to Degree work!

classical calculus
This book in fact, is a classical calculus course, it is easy to follow ( "A" level needed ).This book cover the first year university, a very good "tool" with a classical view point.

One Star
The quality of the print was so poor that it made the book unreadable.
