Very pleased with this yeast. No particular yeasty taste. Quite neutral. Have obtained a beautiful rise in all my homemade loaves so far, even in ones that contain 50/50 of my homemade Milk Kefir and water, and also a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of condensed milk. Beautiful, well risen, soft loaves with a beautiful crust. Does what it claims to do. This is my new go-too yeast. I am happy to recommend it to you as it works very well even for loaves that are definitely far from being a basic "lean" recipe. Glad I tried it.
