Well made, sharp and comfortable. Be aware it has a large cutting profile and fine lines aren't easily achieved except with a very (underlined "very") light cut.Good dollar value though, can recommend with above mentioned caveat.

Did the job that I bought it for. Feels very comfortable in my hand.

The handle fits in my palm well and is easy to control.

The slight soft curvature at the bottom is useful for creating hair and beard on caricature carvings.

Purchased this to add some depth to hair on my carvings. I've used it on cottonwood bark spirits and basswood Santa's.
