Great find
I make and drink barley water with this to help with kidney stones. It’s so hard to find where I live with the hull on, so I was happy to find it here

I wouldn't eat it
I bought with the idea of eating it but the barley never really softened. It wasn't edible. I ended up making barley water.

Not good for injera
I bought this to mix with teff flour in my injera, but it made the batter horribly slimy and prevented it from cooking properly - will not be buying this again.

Makes a great “talbina”
Bought it to make the Prophetic dish “Talbina” (2 tbsp flour + 1 cup milk on the stove) and am enjoying it!
