Pasta Deliziosa! Handcrafted Pasta, Spinach Fettuccine, 12 Ounce

We loved this fettuccine. There are no stores in my town that carry the spinach fettuccine. I have a recipe to make it but it is much easier to order online and this pasta tastes great. I made it with garlic and whip cream. Wonderful with the salmon I also cooked. I will keep ordering this pasta.

Holy moly these are good! Great quality pasta. I used them for my seafood fettuccine and it turned out fantastic. I'll be buying again. They're expensive, but worth it.

I LOVE PEPPER AND THIS PASTA HAS PLENTY. HOWEVER THERE IS NO TRACE OF LEMON WHICH IS TOO BAD SINCE I ALSO LOVE LEMON. I REMEDIED THAT BY ADDING LEMON ZEST WHICH I ALWAYS HAVE IN THE FREEZER.

I cooked the noodles up and used them in a recipe I found. They cooked well, tasted good, and I didn’t have any issues with them sticking together in a blob. I liked them.

This pasta was disappointing. We didn't use any sauce, just light olive oil. The lemon and pepper were barely discernible.

There were No cooking instructions on the package, so it cooked very fast; the second time I reduced cooking time a half (4 minutes), and it was still a bit soggy! If you like al dente pasta, you should experiment. Also these were short noodles (about 1/2 the length of regular pasta — I’m not a fan. The taste was all right, but the texture was a bit off putting due to the fast cook.

I was unable to find Spinach Fettuccine in my usual food shopping stores and I didn't want to drive all over to find it. So, as usual, I turned to Amazon. Not only did I find it, the price is reasonable, I got it the next day and the product is good. Normally I'm not a fan of fettuccine and would like it if someone could make it thinner, but the recipe called for it and it does add to the overall flavor and look of the dish (we were duplicating the Tuna Tarragon recipe from Sweet Tomatoes - which no longer is in business). We were happy with the taste and would definitely buy it again.
