Creative Grids 45 Degree Kaleidoscope & Dresden Plate - CGRTKAL45

I purchased this specifically to make a Kaleidoscope Quilt for the first time. Layering the fabric together then making the proper cut is what makes the Kaleidoscope Quilt so difficult to get right. But with this tool it was much easier to keep my cuts straight and the swirls on target. It turned out beautiful.

I am in the middle of making a quilt called the Roundabout that required the 45 degree pieces. THis tool is sturdy and works perfectly for my needs. I would highly recommend it.

I am so pleased with this ruler and it is making it easy to cut the kaleidoscope triangles for my current quilt project. This ruler doesn't slip at all, it grips the fabric so there is no shifting as you cut. Since I need a lot of blocks this will cut my work time quite a bit and put less strain on my hands.

I am hoping to switch all of my rulers out to Creative Grid Rulers eventually. As I get older my hands aren't quite as strong and some times a ruler will slip on the fabric. That means I don't get a perfect cut. These rulers are wonderful. I am going to make bunting and Christmas Tree blocks with this ruler, and who knows what else I will be inspired to do. Love it.

this is a great ruler. I needed a class to show me my options on it but after that it has been what I needed.great quality and strong. it also arrived very rapidly

The day the template arrived I pulled out four blue fabrics to make an octagonal table topper. So easy to cut and sew an accurate octagon.

these are the best rulers - do not slip = accurate- best there is for perfect cutting

It was broken when I received it. More padding and sturdier packaging recommended.
