I waited a month before writing this review to be sure of the overall outcome of continuous use. I take this supplement every day, and let me tell you... it definitely works. I am overworked and over booked on most days of my life and sometimes find it hard to focus when i have a lot of different things on my plate. I was starting to get foggy brain quite a lot, not to mention it was causing me anxiety and all the moods that come along with it.But since i've started taking this I've seen great improvement in my memory, my ability to stay focused on one thing (most of the time) and moments that would've automatically have me freaking out I react much calmer now.When I was doing my research on what kind of lion's mane mushroom supplement to buy, they made sure to reference buying one that uses less water in its process and less unnecessary additives. per the information on the page, this appears to be more pure than other supplements available on the market.

Many companies will claim their mushroom products are organic because some of the mushrooms (like chaga) are foraged from the wild. This doesn't necessarily make them organic because mushrooms from wild places are not necessarily grown in organic conditions - I have discovered that other companies source their mushrooms from heavily polluted parts of China. On that note, just because a company says the product is made in the UK doesn't mean that the ingredients are all sourced in the UK.I haven't got the equipment to provide evidence of anything but if the seller would produce a list of sources (country and region) for traceability of their mushrooms I'm sure some people would find it useful. Traceability is very important in food products.
