LeeMen's Loose Fit Straight Leg Carpenter Jean

I work as an engineer & split my time 50-50 between the office (desk work, meetings, presentations, etc) and following up with projects in fairly tough environments (machine shop, welding, sheetmetal, etc). I needed jeans that could go from one to the other - these fit the bill. I now have 2 pair of these jeans and absolutely love the way they fit and wear. I have never been a Lee fan ... just didn't like the way their standard 5 pocket jeans looked or fit - felt & looked cheap. I took a chance on the first pair of carpenter jeans simply based on price. I thought if they turn out bad, I could always use them for yard work / home project jeans. WOW! They look, fit and feel waaaay better than the Carhartt's I normally wear. I have since purchased a 2nd pair and that pair fits as well as the first. As long as these jeans are on Amazon, I'll not be paying $40 or more for carpenter jeans again. Sorry carhartt. :(

They seem to be not a heavy denim as my last ones I purchased at a wrangler store and they don’t have the same name tags on the outside rear pocket. I won’t be buying anymore from Amazon.

Great jeans but for me they run a little larger at the waist and longer at the inseam. Are very comfortable; looking good at the farm and in town.
