Keeps the chicken moist
I used this to inject two chickens over the weekend. I focused mostly on the white meat with the injection, but put some in the dark meat as well. It didn't add a ton of flavor to the chicken, but it certainly kept the meat moist. I cooked the breast to 165 internal and the thigh/leg to 175 internal. I let them rest for a while before cutting into them. Every piece was very moist and tender! When I cut into the breast meat and saw the juices pouring, not running, but pouring out of the breast, I was very happy with the injection. Again, it didn't add a lot of flavor to the meat, but it kept it very moist. If there was a huge difference in flavor, I would have given this a 5 star review. I plan on using this again this Thanksgiving when I deep fry the turkey.

This product is very good for adding moisture and flavor to chicken, both on the outdoor grill and on my indoor George Foreman grill.
